Before requesting a tour or group visit, please review the following:

About this form: This form is intended for Adult Groups of 10 or more to request a tour or group visit.
- If you are an arriving by a motor coach bus, please fill out a Motor Coach Group Tour Request Form.
- If your group is K-12 school group, please use our School Tour Request Form.
- If you are part of a college or university, please us the University Group Tour Request Form.
Request Deadlines: Tours must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance.

Date Availability: While we welcome all requests, we cannot guarantee the availability of dates and times. This form is a request only, and not a confirmation. After submitting this form, you will be contacted within 5 business days to confirm your visit.

Payment

Your group will be invoiced upon confirmation of your visit based on the number of visitors indicated on this form. All group payments should be made in one lump sum, and can be accepted either in advance or on the day of your visit. Please note that groups that cancel with less than 24-hours notice will be charged a $25.00 Cancellation Fee.
I understand that a $25.00 Cancellation Fee will be charged to any groups that cancel with less than 24-hours notice.
