I acknowledge that there will be a CANCELLATION FEE and this fee is due and payable if a signer refuses to sign or is unable to sign documents on their own when notary arrives. Cancellation Fee varies from $25 to $100 for my time and travel to meet with you and or signer at the time of appointment.

The individual signing must be able to understand what’s going on and must be able to sign the document without assistance. If he or she can not sign his or her name and can only make an "X", then I will need 2 Witnesses (not medical care workers) friend or family members or acquaintances.

A signature by mark is an alternative to writing a full signature. The signer instead makes a mark (such as an "X") or other symbols on the document.

In some cases. It is a practice to have one of the witnesses print the signer's name next to the mark on the document, and the witnesses will be required to sign the Notary’s journal entry.
The second witness cannot be the person being assigned as the agent (attorney in fact)

Individual signing document must be coherent and must know what he or she is signing.

Individual suffering from dementia or is bed ridden and can not sign by themselves. Notary signing cannot happen. I request this respectfully, please let me know if this applies to you or to the person(s) signing legal document. I do not want to waste your time and my time if I’m unable to conduct notary service.

In cases in which a document must be witnessed and notarized, the Notary can only serve as either a witness or Notary, but not both. So if you have document(s) that need to be both notarized and witness. You must have your witnesses present at the time of the signing. If a person is named in the document and will benefit from it. He or she can not sign as a witness.
NO SHOW AT APPOINTMENT: I Acknowledge that when you arrive for my appointment for notary services and I and or the signer fails to show up at the specific time. I as the notary, will give you and or the signer a total of 15 minutes to show up or my services will end and I will leave.

There will be a INCONVENIENCE TRAVEL FEE for a NO SHOW appointment: Inconvenience Travel Fee for a NO SHOW appointment, varies from $25 to $100 for my time and travel to meet with you and or signer at the time of appointment and you and or signer fail to show up.
You will receive a ONLINE PAY APP (Zelle, Venmo, CASH App, Apple, Square or PayPal) to pay my INCONVENIENCE TRAVEL FEE.
INCONVENIENCE TRAVEL FEE is a separate fee from the CALL BACK.

If you CALL BACK again for my services again to return, there will be an additional fee on top of my notary service fees. Additional fees can vary from $10 to $100, depending on my travel to return back to your address. To return back, my total service fee (notary service + my travel fee + my return fee) will need to be paid upfront by a online payment app. (Zelle, Venmo, CASH App, Apple, Square or PayPal).
Waiting Time:
I acknowledge that I will be ready to meet and or have all my documents ready to be notarized.
When you hire my services, I understand you are a busy person. But, so am I.
I will be at your place of business or home on time to conduct your notary service.
But as well, I have other appointments I must keep and be on time for my clients:

$15.00 for each additional 15 minutes thereafter for Waiting
(15-30 minutes) $15.00

If you and or another person knowingly lie on a document or statement and you and or they sign that document or statement in front of a notary public. Is it a crime?

Yes, I acknowledge that it is a crime. PENAL CODE: 470 and or 115 and or 127 - Federal Code 18 U.S.C. 1001 and or 1621 and or 1623.

A Notary only verifies the identity of the person(s) signing the document, and that the person(s) is signing the document voluntarily. If you and or the other person(s) lie on that document or statement and it is used to trick people in some way. Yes, that is a crime such as fraud (State and or Federal Crime).

Depending on the document(s), you can be charged as a Misdemeanor or a Felony and be fined as low as $1,000 up to or more of $100,000 and jailed in a county facility, state prison or federal prison.

The Acknowledgement Certificate that is attached to the document says, “I certify that the following person(s) personally appeared before me,on this day, and each acknowledging to me that he or she signed the foregoing document.”
