• Please fill out all required fields to request the reservation of equipment belonging to Academic and Institutional Technology. Equipment reservations should be submitted at least one business day before pickup. A confirmation email will be sent when the reservation has been approved and processed.

    If you are a representative of a student club, organization, or ResLife and have been pre-authorized to reserve special equipment please fill out the faculty and staff reservation form.
