Is your NABP E-Profile ID saved on your account? To check, sign into your account. Then click on Welcome. Then click on My Account. Is your NABP E-Profile ID listed on your account OR have you waived the NABP E-Profile ID Requirement?* This field is required.

Here are steps to follow to add your NABP E-Profile ID and submit your credit to CPE Monitor:

Click here to sign into your account

Click on Welcome

Click on My Account

Remove Waive from the text box

Uncheck the checkbox next to Waive E-Profile ID Requirement

Enter your NABP E-Profile ID

Enter your date of birth as mm/dd

Scroll down and click Save Changes

Very Important: Once you’ve added your NABP E-Profile ID to your account, you’ll need to click on My Courses.

Then click on the Completed tab

Then click on Submit to CE for each course to have your credit sent to CPE Monitor.

Certificates of completion are released via email 7-10 business days following completion of the live portion of the course. If you have completed the course within the last 10 days, please do not fill out the form below.

If it has been longer than 10 days, be sure you have completed the entire course - both the home study portion and the live, virtual assessment. If the live, virtual assessment has not been completed, the course has not been considered complete and therefore, a certificate of completion will not be released. If you still need to complete the live, virtual assessment, go back to the course instructions and complete Steps 4-11.

If you are a pharmacist who is looking for a duplicate certificate for an immunization course that was completed prior to 2021, click here and then fill out the form. Once submitted, we will follow up with you via email.
