Option 1 - HDD Add Song (BM-1000, BM-2000, BM-3000, BM-4000)

**BM-4000:  Any version before BM4000.018T1 is suggested to use HDD update song service. The update helps to fix bugs and make sure Cloud is working smoothly.

Required: machine to send back to our office for update service.

This service includes: All the songs up to the latest quarter. HDD will be formatted back to manufacture setting. ̣̣(All custom setting, Wifi setting, self added songs, cloud songs, my favorite list will be erased)

Before purchase, please read & agree with HDD Update service Policy:

• HDD Add Song is only software service. We offer 60 days labor warranty, not Part Warranty.
  
  • Within 60 days of service, we can recopy your HDD with no charge if the problem is caused by data corruption. If HDD is dead, it is up to user to replace.

•  After update, hard drive is reformated to manufacture default setting 
  • --> User needs to reset Wifi setting. My favorite list, and recording song will be gone.
  • BM-4000:  any songs downloaded from Cloud will be erased from HDD.
  • To access to Cloud, customer is recommended to get combo service (HDD + Cloud = option 3) for cheaper price.

• After purchase HDD update song service, there will be extra service fee IF customer request to add specific songs into their Hard Drive.
  • Noted that HDD Add Song fee & Cloud download is 2 separate services. These services cannot apply to each other.

Option 2 - Cloud Download - (BM-4000 only)

- Required: BM-4000, Serial Number, Latest firmware, Best Media App (iPhone/iPad)/ Touch Monitor

 Service includes:  You can download songs directly into BM-4000 from Our Cloud server (Unlimited download)

- Cloud server includes New Songs from Quarter/Season and customer requested songs, and extra songs (in multiple languages: Mandarin, Vietnamese...). These extra songs are specially collected for customers who purchase this service.

- Subscription will not auto renew, you have to contact us to renew and purchase whenever you are ready.

Note:  Cloud fee will not apply to Hard Drive update service fee. These are two separate serviceS.

Option 3 - HDD Add Song & Cloud Download Combo - (BM-4000 Only)

Required: This service requires machine to be send to our office.

Fee is collected based on number of Quarter (click here for more fee detail)

- This service includes:  You will get songs up to the latest quarter + 1 year Cloud download. Noted that HDD will be reformatted back to manufacture settings.

Option 4 - USB Add Song - (BM-4000 & BM-3000 only)

This service includes

• Requested quarters (song files) will be copied into USB drive.
• Customer will load songs from USB drive into the machine at home. 
• Customer can choose specific Quarter to purchase.
• Please check New song list here before request.

Note: One USB (128GB) only can hold max 2 Quarters or total approximate 700 songs.
