T3 2026 CAD/CAM CASH BACK PROMOTION
CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS
DENTSPLY SIRONA's 'T3 2026 CAD/CAM Cash Back' Promotion ("Promotion") gives eligible customers a cash back rebate on qualifying CAD/CAM equipment purchased through an authorized Dentsply Sirona dealer, as described below.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
This Promotion applies to qualifying equipment you order between August 15, 2026 and December 31, 2026, and that is installed and invoiced to you no later than January 31, 2027 (the "Promotion Period").
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
You are eligible to participate if you are a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and are 18 years of age or older. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
YOUR REBATE
If you purchase Qualifying Equipment (listed below) during the Promotion Period, you may be eligible to receive a manufacturer's cash back rebate, paid directly to you after your equipment has been invoiced and installed, provided you meet the redemption requirements below.
Full System Bundle: if you purchase one of the designated Full System Bundles, you will receive a single combined cash back payment of $17,500, paid to you in one check. Bundle cash back cannot be combined with, or added to, the individual product cash back offers listed elsewhere in the table below.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO QUALIFY
Place your order for Qualifying Equipment between August 15, 2026 and December 31, 2026. Orders signed before or after such dates do not qualify. You will be asked to provide a copy of your signed order and product invoice for validation.
Complete your purchase (as shown on your invoice from an authorized Dentsply Sirona dealer) and have your equipment installed during the Promotion Period. If your installation is delayed beyond January 31, 2027 due to (i) a Dentsply Sirona supply chain delay, or (ii) construction delays directly related to building out a new location or a significant remodel of your existing practice, Dentsply Sirona may, at its discretion, continue to honor the Promotion for you. Requests for an exception due to delivery, backorder, or construction delays must be received before the Promotion Period expires or they will be denied. Dentsply Sirona may ask you for proof of your build-out to support a construction-delay exception.
Demo and showroom units are not eligible for this Promotion.
If you cancel or return any Qualifying Equipment, you will forfeit the cash back rebate. If your equipment is returned after your rebate has been paid, you must return the rebate amount to Dentsply Sirona, and Dentsply Sirona must receive it before your equipment return can be completed.
This Promotion is available to eligible DSO, group purchasing or support organizations, government, institutional, university, and other school accounts. Rebates may not be combined with any other contract pricing, special pricing agreement, rebate, discount, or other pricing concession.
CLINICAL ACCELERATOR CREDITS
Certain equipment purchases include Clinical Accelerator credits, which you can redeem toward practice-building resources. The number of credits you earn is shown in the "Clinical Accelerator Credits" column below; if you purchase a bundle, your credits equal the sum of the credits for each bundled component.
QUALIFYING EQUIPMENT & YOUR CASH BACK AMOUNT
To receive your cash back rebate, you must have purchased, been invoiced for, and installed one of the following pieces of qualifying equipment during the Promotion Period. Pricing shown reflects MSRP prior to application of your promotion.
Equipment ordered, invoiced, or installed outside of the Promotion Period does not qualify for this Promotion.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR REBATE
To receive your rebate, complete your qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period and submit a rebate redemption request, including the required proof of eligibility below, at https://form.jotform.com/Dentsply_Sirona/USA2026CashBack no later than March 31, 2027. You will need to upload: (1) your original, dated sales order for the eligible product(s), dated within the Promotion Period; (2) your original, dated sales invoice from an authorized distributor; and (3) the manufacturer serial number(s) of the product(s) you purchased. If you leave out your sales receipt or any other requested information (such as serial numbers), your request may be delayed or stopped, and incomplete requests will not be honored. This offer is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
Once Dentsply Sirona receives your complete rebate redemption request, your cash rebate check will be mailed to you within 8 weeks.
FINANCING OPTIONS
If you're interested in financing your purchase, your authorized dealer may offer special financing that runs alongside this Promotion, at the dealer's current financing terms. Nothing in this Promotion prevents you from financing your equipment. Your dealer will discuss financing options with you at the point of sale, and any financing is subject to your dealer's credit approval process. Dentsply Sirona is not responsible for reviewing or approving your credit or your eligibility for dealer-offered financing.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
You must submit your redemption request no later than March 31, 2027. Requests submitted after that date will not qualify.
If required by law, you must fully and accurately disclose the amount of any rebate you receive in any cost report or reimbursement claim you submit to a government healthcare program. Dentsply Sirona will provide you with any additional information you may need to meet your reporting or disclosure obligations.
You are not eligible for this Promotion if you are delinquent on your direct billing account for any purchases from Dentsply Sirona or its affiliates. Your account must be in good standing at the time your rebate is paid. Dentsply Sirona may withhold your rebate payment and apply it against any overdue balance on your account.
This offer is provided "as is," with no warranty or guarantee from Dentsply Sirona. Dentsply Sirona reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine that you are not eligible for the Promotion for any reason, including a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Dentsply Sirona reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to end this Promotion at any time, for any reason.
Dentsply Sirona is not responsible for rebate requests or mail that is late, lost, mutilated, stolen, misdirected, or postage-due, or for computer, phone, hardware, software, or network malfunctions, errors, or delays, whether human or technical in nature. Dentsply Sirona is also not responsible for a lost rebate check if you fail to provide complete, up-to-date, and accurate address and contact information.
