Event Productions come at the cost of $120/hr for LMC Members, $180/hr for Non-Members to cover a videographer.

The LMC Media Production Van is a fully equipped mobile production unit. This custom built van has cutting edge professional video and telecommunications technology that allows for broadcasting from anywhere in our tri-municipal community and beyond!

Please note: The rate for renting the LMC Media Production Van is $600/hr for non-members & $360/hr for LMC Members. Renting our van includes hiring an operator. Additional crew may be required depending on the project. Editing is additional. 3 hour minimum, additional rates apply outside of southern Westchester.

Acknowledgement of Media Policy - If LMC Media covers your event, the Producer (YOU) acknowledges that LMC Media will only hold onto digital media (footage) for up to 30 days after the recording of your event. After 30 days, LMC Media has the right to delete your files from our storage. If you wish to have unedited files from your event, you will be responsible for coming to LMC Media offices with your own hard drive to transfer the footage.*
