    We're excited to invite vendors to participate in Community Day 2025, a collaborative event with Petersburg Public Schools. This annual gathering offers a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community, showcase your services or products, and support families as they prepare for the new school year.

    Vendor Opportunities:

    Whether you represent a nonprofit, community organization, small business, or are providing school supplies, this is a great opportunity to connect with local families and share your resources. 📣👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

    💡 Please Note: Unless you are a nonprofit with 501(c)(3) status, all vendors participate through one of our sponsorship levels, beginning at $100. These sponsorships not only secure your vendor space but also help cover the costs of providing free food and resources to attendees — ensuring no one leaves hungry while receiving the support they need.

    📚 If your organization is only distributing school supplies, please indicate this on your registration form. This will allow us to assign you to a designated area where you will be permitted to leave once your supplies have been fully distributed. We are making this adjustment to help ensure the safety and smooth flow of guests throughout the event. 🚧👷‍♀️

    For all other vendors, we ask that you be prepared to share information about your business, services, or community resources and remain for the full duration of the event. ⏰✅

    Sponsorship Levels:
    Enhance your visibility and support the event by choosing from the following sponsorship options:

    • Nonprofit Sponsorship – $0
      • Eligibility: 501(c)(3) organizations
      • Includes: Name/Logo on Website & Vendor Space.
    • Hope Sponsorship – $100
      • Includes: Name/Logo on Social Media, Vendor Space, 2 Vendor Food Tickets, 4 Food Ticket Donation, & DJ Announcement.
    • Champion Sponsorship – $200
      • Includes: Name/Logo on Social Media, Vendor Space, 3 Vendor Food Tickets, 10 Food Ticket Donation, Social Media Highlight/Shoutout, & DJ Announcement.
    • Hero Sponsorship – $500
      • Includes: Name/Logo on Social Media, Vendor Space, 4 Vendor Food Tickets, 29 Food Ticket Donation, Social Media Highlight/Shoutout, DJ Announcement, Name/Logo on Community Day Banner, & Opportunity to Speak.

    Preferred Food Truck Vendors:
    We are also inviting a select number of preferred food truck vendors to join us for the event. While we are not requiring food truck vendors to purchase a sponsorship, you must still complete the registration form to participate.

    đź’› Why We Ask for Vendor Sponsorships
    Community Day is more than just a fun gathering—it's a way to bring real support to our neighbors in Petersburg. One of the key ways we do that is by providing free, full meals to attendees through local food trucks.

    In 2023, we were able to donate $1,500 in $5 food vouchers. While that helped, many families still couldn’t afford a full meal. In 2024, thanks to $6,700 in vendor sponsorships, we stepped up—700 out of 902+ attendees received a complete meal, no extra cost, no barriers. That kind of impact is only possible with community support.

    We’re aiming even higher for 2025—and that’s where you come in. By becoming a sponsor, you help ensure that no one leaves hungry and that this event remains free and accessible for all.

    🎉 Sponsorship Levels
    Please consider choosing a sponsorship level below to help us continue this tradition of care and community:

    • đź’› Nonprofit Sponsor – $0
      For 501(c)(3) organizations. Includes vendor space and logo on social media.
    • đź’™ Hope Sponsor – $100
      Includes vendor space, 2 vendor food tickets, 4 food ticket donations, name/logo on social media, and DJ shoutout.
    • 🌟 Champion Sponsor – $200
      Everything in Hope level + 1 additional vendor food ticket (3 total), + 6 food ticket donations (10 total), and a featured social media highlight.
    • 🏆 Hero Sponsor – $500
      Everything in Champion level + 1 additional vendor food ticket (4 total), + 19 foot ticket donations (29 total), name/logo on Community Day banner, and an opportunity to speak at the event.

  • âś… How to Complete Your Vendor Registration
    To officially register as a vendor and secure your space, you must complete your sponsorship selection and payment at the following website:

    Payment must be made at the time of registration to lock in your space. Spots are limited, so don’t wait!

    *Food Trucks are NOT REQUIRED to purchase a sponsorship, Skip this step.

    Please note that all vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, table, and chairs. The event will begin promptly at 10:00 AM and will conclude at 2:00 PM.
