What The Know 

• Open to - any business or organization serving the Rootstown and surrounding communities, including Summit, Stark, Cuyahoga, and Trumbull counties
• Booth registration includes - one 6 ft. table, two folding chairs and fabric tablecloth &  skirting.
• Electricity is available, if needed - Electrical outlets are limited.  Register early to secure your spot if you need electricity.  Be sure to indicate on the form, below.
• Set-up starts at 8:00am - student volunteers will be on hand to assist with unloading vehicles and locating your table at the event. 
• Spaces are Limited - register early to secure your space. Registration may end early is all spaces are reserved. 

$750.00 - Presenting Sponsor

• Brand visibility with company name and logo on all printed materials.
• Social media shoutout across social media & advertising channels, including dedicated post highlighting your company.
• Recognition on the Chamber digital sign.
• Dedicated email blasts, sponsor branding included in pre and post event email.
• High visibility day of the event with banner placement, and logo displayed on digital screens within the venue.
• Premium booth location at the event.
• 2026 Chamber Membership fee included. 
• Booth space includes 6 ft. table, 2 chairs, tablecloth and skirting.

$600.00 – Gold Sponsor

• Brand visibility with company name and logo on all printed materials.
• Social media shoutout across social media & advertising channels.
• Recognition on the Chamber digital sign.
• Email blast acknowledgement, sponsor branding included in pre & post event email.
• Prime banner placement during the event. (Company must supply banner).
• Prime booth location at the event.
• 2026 Chamber Membership fee included.
• Booth space includes a 6 ft. table, 2 chairs, tablecloth and skirting.

$350.00 – Silver Sponsor

• Company name and logo on all printed materials.
• Recognition on the Chamber digital sign.
• Banner placement during the event. (Company must supply banner).
• 2026 Chamber Membership fee included.
• Booth space includes a 6 ft. table, 2 chairs, tablecloth and skirting.

$225.00 – Bronze Sponsor

• Company name and logo on all printed materials.
• Social media shoutout with business name included in social media advertising campaigns.
• 2026 Chamber Membership fee included.
• Booth space includes a 6 ft. table, 2 chairs, tablecloth and skirting.
