Thank you for reaching out to place an order! Here are a few things to know:

All orders are sold by the full batch of a single flavor.
- Brownies, blondies, and bars —18 squares
- Cookies (Classic and Good Stuff) —24 cookies
- Other items list available batch size options under each flavor
All goodies are individually packaged in clear bags with our branded labels. If you need custom labels, cuts, bulk or alternative packaging options for a special event or wedding, please fill out our Special Event Quote

The kitchen pantry is stocked with all major allergens: Dairy, Eggs, Wheat, Nuts, and Soy. Each recipe is made to order. We can offer a few allergen free recipes like a gluten-free brownie or pecan pie. I bake on shared equipment. That being said, we sanitize the equipment in between batches and take the utmost precautions to avoid any cross-contamination of allergens.

All orders are delivery only. Home, work, or somewhere in between? We will deliver wherever is the most convenient spot for you. Delivery fees may apply.

There will be a 4% CC service charge added to every invoice paid with credit card. The service charge will be present on the CC invoice sent in a separate email with the email address you provided on this form.

All invoices are due upon receipt in order for me to have enough time to find the best quality ingredients and/or supplies for your order. Late fees will be applied if payment occurs anytime after the expected delivery date.

If you need to cancel or postpone your order for any reason, please contact me immediately so we may reschedule a new delivery at a later time and/or date.

Refunds are only available 24 hours after payment is submitted to Sweet Home Sweets. No refunds will be given if goodies have been baked.

  We do not have a brick-and-mortar storefront. Our bright pop-up tent serves as our physical storefront location to our customers. We like to be wherever the people are! If you wish to visit one of the vendor markets, check on Sweet Home Sweets social pages for BTS in the test kitchen and real time updates about markets.
  
  Returns. We do not accept returns for obvious reasons! Each Custom Order is baked from scratch created with you in mind. If you are not satisfied with our services, we're hear to help.   Shipping is unavailable. We are still working out the kinks. Shipping has its challenges and we want the most perfect first experience when delivering our products. It's an added bonus to see your front door open with a big excited smile on your face! Although, it is not impossible. Some customers have had success sending their own care packages to loved ones independently.
