Before proceeding, please read the following:

Birthday Party Request: Please note that this Room Rental Form does not include an option to add a birthday party package. For birthday parties, please submit a Birthday Party Request Form.

Baby/Bridal Shower Party Request: If you are reserving a room to celebrate a baby or bridal shower, we now offer Bridal and Baby Shower Party Packages. Please complete the Baby Shower/Bridal Shower Request Form.

Park/Field/Shelter Rentals: For options on obtaining a permit for a park rental, park shelter, field rentals and more, please visit our website.

Considerations
Schaumburg Park District sponsored activities shall have priority in all facilities.*
The full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made two weeks in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 72 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 72 hours in advance.*
All outside vendors must be approved by Schaumburg Park District. We require a Certificate of Insurance from all outside vendors at least two weeks in advance, with Schaumburg Park District listed as additionally insured.*
We do not allow any DJ’s or extensive sound equipment in the rental rooms. You may bring in a small CD player or speaker as long as the volume is kept at a level that does not interfere with any other classes or rentals.*
If you plan on bringing alcohol you must obtain a Class D Liquor License from The Village of Schaumburg and a Special Event Endorsement. This is a one-day addition to your policy naming Schaumburg Park District for $1,000,000 liability (please contact your Homeowners Association about this). Proof of these two documents must begiven to the Party Office at least two weeks prior to your event for approval from the executive offices.*

Parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Rentals are finalized when full payment is processed. Our staff will email you within three business days to confirm availability.
