Before submitting your request:

I don’t offer in-person or phone consultations — written communication and reference images usually help express ideas most clearly and keep everything aligned with your vision. Most questions are easily handled by email.

If you are booking for more than one tattoo, please list out Tattoo #1,2,3 with size, placement, details, reference picture. You could put all info in a pdf file.

To help you visualize:
• Fingernail ≈ 0.5 in
• Credit card ≈ 3.4 x 2.1 in
• Pen ≈ 6 in

🧍 Taller / broader forearm: up to 10 x 4 in

➡️ Accurate sizing helps ensure your tattoo fits well, holds detail, and gets quoted properly. Guessing often leads to rework or extra cost—please take a moment to measure properly.

Preferred placement(s). Which part of your body, and which side? (e.g., right arm, left rib, etc.)

⚠️ I do NOT tattoo: fingers, ears, toes, feet, palms, soles, scalp, or genital areas. | Finger tattoos are possible, but they tend to heal unevenly and may need regular touch-ups. I’m happy to do them if you understand and accept the risks and extra cost for touch-ups. | Note: Placement affects both the appointment time and tattoo pricing.

Upload a clear photo of the PLACEMENT area — taken from a distance, and CIRCLE the exact spot you’d like tattooed.

This helps us clearly see the placement, surrounding area, and any skin conditions or features that may affect the design or stencil fit.
