Toby's New Client Submissions

This form submission doesn't guarantee you a tattoo appointment (if you are a previous client of Toby’s or have a Tattoo 34 gift card you are almost guaranteed an appointment). Toby does decide which projects he will accept. His tattoo interests right now are large scale, ornamental, neo-tribal, floral.

Logistics:

Toby schedules tattoo appointments on weekdays (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday), usually starts at 10am. Hard stop at 8pm, at the latest. He participates in our "Walk in Wednesday" for small/simple tattoos, touch up’s & consultations and also reserves Monday's for consults, shorter hourly appointments and touch up's. Toby tattoos in Portland September- May.

Right now Toby charges $1400 per tattoo session. Toby's pricing is changing for 2026 to have walk in pricing, hourly options and session rates.

Toby's Process:

For most clients Toby draws directly on your skin (marker to skin) before tattooing. This takes the place of a stencil.

If you only want a walk in type tattoo (simple, small, text, etc.), Toby is doing walk in day's most Wednesday's (September-May). More info and a calendar of when he is working on the walk in page here.
