WELCA Registration: How it works!
New this year is a 3 step registration process...
1. Register up to 6 participants on the "Step 1: Registration Form" to select your spot in the program. Payment is required on this form.
2. Complete "Step 2: Participant Information" for every rider signed up in Step 1, at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the program. The link for Step 2 will be included in the registration confirmation emailed to you upon completing Step 1. If you completed the Introductory Learn to Ride program after January 2025, you will just need to update any outdated information.
3. Step 3: Sign Waivers! Every rider will need a completed online waiver ahead of time. The link to the waivers will be sent to you at the end of Step 2. You can also find the link on our website under our FAQ tab.
