- Bookmark this form for easy access each month!
- The earlier we know about your event, the more opportunity there may be for promotion, so feel free to submit your event(s) as soon as they're ready. The strict deadline to guarantee your event is included in the next promotional cycle is the Thursday one week prior to the First Friday for which you are submitting.
- Example: Submit events for the April 4th First Friday by Thursday, March 27th
- If you're also hosting events on the Saturday or Sunday following a First Friday, you may submit those for promotion as well. Please fill out a form for each of the events you wish to promose.
- A minimum of one image/graphic is required to promote your event(s), but you may submit up to three. For the best results, please submit images in square format. If you don’t have a promotional photo and would like one created, WAC offers this service for a fee (see the bottom of this form). If you cannot submit an image, we will use your logo or storefront photo, which should have already been submitted on your General Registration form.
