I Do Not Provide or Offer Free (Pro Bono) Services….
My services include:
Notary Services,
Process Services,
E-filing to Courts (Divorce, Small Claims, Court Summons),
Mailing your documents via USPS or FEDEX,
Purchasing Money Orders on your behalf..
All my mailing services come with a Mailing Tracking Number, so you can track your documents by USPS.
My starting service fee: $125.00
This fee covers my travel, notarize 4 signatures and mailing your documents by USPS Priority Mail on initial visit.
My second service fee is $150.00
This fee covers my travel, notarize 4 signatures and mail you documents by USPS Priority Express Mail on initial visit.
If there are additional documents requiring signatures that need notarizing on initial visit - 5 or more. Each additional notarized signature(s) are $15.00 each. I will re-quote you with an updated service fee.
For an additional fee, I provide mailing your documents via FedEx Next Business Day Delivery. I provide you the same services: my travel, notarize 4 signatures and mail you your documents via FedEx instead.

I will start on your paperwork that you need. I do this to make sure you get the right document, so you don’t have to worry about it.
I am only allowed to give you information about the Domestic Partnership. I am forbidden by law to explain or give you any legal advice. I am not an attorney. I am only a Notary Public for the State of California.

When and After you pay my service fee. I’ll call and schedule a day for notary services.
My schedule to visit KVSP is on Wednesdays.
I will meet with the inmate between 8:30am/12:30pm.
If my day changes for notary services, you will be advised by text.
If there is an unforeseen emergency I will let you know via text.
I make every effort to make sure both the inmates and your information is correct before traveling to KVSP for the notary service.
That is why I will send you an image for correctness and your approval.
If I have to return back to KVSP and redo the paperwork because the info that I received was incorrect. You will be charged full service fee again.
After I’m done with the notary service at KVSP, I’ll contact you and I will let you know that I’m done with the assignment.
You will receive a tracking number to your envelope.
This is so you can track your envelope.
I will use the address you sent me that's on the request for notary services that you filled out.
