Schoo-ber Ridesharing Transportation Service provide convenient transportation for your students. We have designated, labeled and certified bus(es) to transport your child safely to his/her final destination. Schoo-ber Ridesharing complies with the health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of children in our care that are being transported.
Children will be transported to and from in the Schoo-ber Ridesharing Transportation Service bus(es), and in case of emergencies, in a registered car. Schoo-ber Ridesharing will assure any vehicles used are approved by the Safety Standards and all drivers will have appropriate and approved driving records.
Your school agrees to the following:
- Morning pickups are between the hours of 6:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. (depending on location/route and school schedule) and afternoon drop-offs are no later than 6:30 p.m. School pickups will be as per school’s schedule.
- It is the responsibility of the school to have the child(ren) ready and available for morning pickups. If the child(ren) are not ready for pickup, the school will be asked to make other transportation arrangements for the day.
- If there are three (3) occurrences in one month, the school may be asked to find an alternative transportation service.
- It is the responsibility of the school to advise of any absences. If the bus is delayed due to noncommunication of absences, there will be a $10 fee added to your account.
- For children below the age of 4, the school is responsible for providing a car seat for each child. Car seats will be left at child’s destination; unless the child will be picked up again by Schoo-ber Ridesharing within the same day.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, children may arrive late and will understand that Schoo-ber Ridesharing Transportation Service will make every effort to transport children on time ensuring safety is a priority.
- It is the school's responsibility to provide a list of early dismissals and no-school days at least 1 month in advance.
- It is the responsibility of the parents and the school to notify their child's respective schools that Schoo-ber Ridesharing Transportation Service will be picking up their child from school.
- At times transportation may be cancelled due to poor weather conditions.
- For fulltime services, the school is responsible for payment regardless of attendance to secure a seat.
- Payments are due on Mondays or Tuesdays on a weekely basis or at pickup/dropoff for on-call services. A late fee of $20 will be due if paid after Tuesdays.
I have read and understand the Service Terms of Agreement and give Schoo-ber Ridesharing Transportation Service consent to transport my child.
