Hello! This form is your shortcut for ministry communication, needs & requests, food shopping & Featured Area requests.

Some examples you can use this form for:

• Food Shopping List - for an upcoming Ministry Event/Meeting.

• Name Tags - If you need new name tags for your ministry team members.

• Updates- Changes to your upcoming Ministry Event/Meeting. Ex: Kids training meeting moved to the LOFT this sunday. We will now offer child care etc.

• Ministry Requests - Making a request for your mininstry.

• Featured Area & Connect Corner - Ex: Your ministry needs new members and to be highlighted in the featured area for a weekend or two.
