- payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. In cases of cancelled event, payment can be converted to credit and can be used for a different order. A change order fee will be charged.

- NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. BUT YOU MAY MOVE TO A LATER DATE. Please inform us FOUR (4) DAYS before scheduled delivery. Not applicable to rush orders.
- ALL DESIGN INSPIRATIONS SENT are used as INSPIRATION ONLY. Actual design, colors, etc won't be a perfect match - even if peg is our past work.
- CLIENTS WILL BOOK AND AND SHOULDER THE FARE FOR THEIR OWN THIRD PARTY COURIER
- READY SWEET GO AND CHOSEN COURIER WONT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ON THE PRODUCT WHILE IN TRANSIT
- EVENT VENUE DELIVERY is strictly for event venue/hall/restaurants only. For home deliveries, please book for your own pickup.
- For cakes and cupcakes, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAR PICKUP. Cookies are okay for motorcycle pickup.
