Atlanta CREW Program Application

Atlanta CREW (Culture-Resilience-Environment-Workforce) is a free green infrastructure (GI) and stormwater management workforce development program that trains participants how to install and maintain GI that has been designed with a cultural and artistic vision.

Training cohorts will occur from April 2019 – April 2020 and will include 1 day of GI install training, 1-2 days of hands-on GI installation, 1 day of GI O&M training, and mini-job fairs/interviews with employers.

The trainings will be held at the Outdoor Activity Center in SW Atlanta and participants will receive a stipend of $35 per day for up to four days of participation.

The application must be fully completed and submitted to be considered.

Can you perform the functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation? Physical demands require constantly moving, walking, stooping, and kneeling. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Projects will require working outdoors in all types of weather conditions and exposure to elements. This may include exposure to tools and small machines used in construction industries.
