  • The final day to submit a proposal form is Thursday, March 19, 2026, at
    11:59 pm. Notifications about proposal acceptance status will be sent in
    mid-May 2026.

    • You may submit multiple proposals. Please complete one form for each proposal you would like to submit for consideration. 
    • If you wish to save and come back to your proposal later, click "Save and Continue Later." On the next screen, click "Skip Signing In." Enter your email address, and you will receive an email with a link to access your saved proposal. You MUST use this link in order to return to your partially completed form.
    • If you intend to complete a question later, but it requires an answer to allow you to proceed, please write "draft" in the answer field in the interim. 
    • If you would like to start a new proposal, you can do so at any time using the original link: https://form.jotform.com/therpgroup/sssc-2026-proposal-submission-form.
    • The proposal form includes fields for the primary presenter. To add additional presenters, select "Yes" under the "Add an additional presenter?" button at the bottom of the "Presenter Contact Information" section.
    • Once you submit your proposal, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your proposal.

    • A note about student co-presenters: We value student participation and welcome student co-presenters at the Strengthening Student Success Conference. Student co-presenters on selected sessions will receive complimentary registration.
    • A note for vendors: Only proposals that include college co-presenters and show how a college is using your product to advance student equity and success will be considered. This is not an opportunity for a sales pitch.

    Session Strand and Format
  • We will accept proposals for 60-minute and 75-minute presentations. Please note that a limited number of 60-minute presentations will be accepted; the majority of the presentations will be offered in 75-minute time slots.

    • 60-minute sessions focus on sharing content, describing a program, or reporting research findings. We encourage these sessions to be interactive and include time for questions. These sessions typically have no more than 2-3 presenters.
    • 75-minute sessions include hands-on activities and interactive discussions that help participants consider ways to apply concepts and models to their own colleges and work. These sessions typically have no more than 3-5 presenters.

  • Presenter Permission

  • By submitting this proposal, I acknowledge that presenters retain the rights to all of their materials, except that The RP Group reserves the right to

    • Publish the presentation/session details in its publications (e.g., newsletter, website, listserv, conference app, etc.);
    • Publish my name, title, institution, and contact information to assist participants who may wish to contact me regarding my presentation; and
    • Audio/video record the presentation.
