    Announcing our FIRST ANNUAL NEW ENGLAND SOUND HEALING EXPO!  We are so excited to see what you have to offer in our vibrational world!  We welcome demonstrators ranging from the most woo-woo to the most technical. 

    Presenter Call — New England Sound Healing Expo 2026

    We’re inviting teachers, clinicians, researchers, and seasoned practitioners to lead engaging sessions at the New England Sound Healing Expo (Saturday, February 21, 2026, 10:00 AM). Our audience spans the curious public and active practitioners, and our program bridges science, spirit, and integrative care—all grounded in the shared truth that vibration is foundational.

    What we’re looking for:
    - Approachable education that explains the why behind the work (acoustics & resonance, psychoacoustics, brainwave entrainment, vagus-nerve/nervous-system effects, safety & contraindications).
    - Skill-building for practitioners (technique labs, session design, ethics, documentation, research literacy).
    - Modalities across crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, monochords, voice/toning, rhythm/percussion, frequency tech, biofield/somatic approaches, and clinical integrations for performances/concerts/demonstrations.

    In your proposal, please include:
    - Title (clear, inviting) and 75–120 word abstract
    - 3 learning outcomes, if appropriate (action-oriented, CE-ready)
    - Modality & instruments/tech used (and any power/AV needs)
    - Sound level & safety notes (e.g., decibel awareness, contraindications)
    - Audience level (General / Beginner Practitioner / Advanced) & max participants (if hands-on)
    - Presenter bio (80 words), headshot, and relevant links (this can be submitted later, if needed)

    MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT:

    1) We are going to host a full-day SOUND HEALING EXPO on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 10AM-6:30PM.

    2) We are looking for sound healers to present their modalities as presenters!  Host your own 50-minute concert, demonstration, gallery healing, or small group session.  

    3) WE HAVE 3 ROOMS FOR PRESENTERS:

         - Main Event Room which will have seating for up to 75 people.

         - Center Event Room which will have seating for up to 40 people.

         - Small Event Room which will accommodate 10-15 people.  This room can be           used classroom style or as a small group healing space.

    4) YOU MAY ALSO WANT TO CHECK OUT OUR VENDOR REGISTRATION PAGE to reserve a vendor table or reserve a room to offer your services or demonstrations all day.  See spaces H1, H2, H3, H4 or book spots 1 & 2.  OR email us if you are interested in booking two presenters spots-- we can consider presenters offering 2 different types of sessions in different rooms.

    5) YOUR PRESENTER ENTRY WILL INCLUDE LUNCH & REFRESHMENTS FOR 1 person.  You may have a second team member attend for a discounted rate of $50.  Because our venue has limited capacity, we ask that each additional member of your team purchase a general admission ticket.

    6) GET PROMOTED: We are going to begin building a new event page on FB and our website ASAP but will start advertising more seriously in the early new year. We want to do a little more to include those of you who want to be promoted in posts & ads & so we can and make sure we have a robust advertising budget!  As always, we appreciate your support in helping to spread the word too as that always makes a big difference!

    7) Tickets for attendees will be released at a later date.  We will keep you in the loop once you are registered and you can share with your fans & mailing lists!  

    8) Set up will begin at 8:30 AM. 

    9) There will be 10-15 minute breaks in between sessions for you to set up for your exhibition.

    10) Break down will begin around 6:45 PM.  We ask that vendors & presenters refrain from breaking down during active sessions as this may be disruptive to other presenters.  Please contact us to discuss earlier breakdown times.

    11) We cannot promise to honor specific session times at this time.  Please be patient as we coordinate the schedule.

        Additional Team MemberAdmission for an additional team member. Each exhibitor entry includes only 1 lunch. You may add one team member to your exhibitor package to cover the cost of admission and lunch/refreshments. You will need to purchase an additional general admission ticket which includes lunch & refreshments for each additional member of your team. Thank you!

        Please be advised that we are currently not able to offer a fragrance free space.  WiFi will be limited, please bring your own mobile device to receive electronic payments.  Some outlet spaces are available.

        All payments are final and no refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled.  WE CANNOT GUARANTEE FULL ATTENDANCE IN YOUR SESSION.  If you are unable to attend, you may refer someone to take your space with approval by Unassailable Soul but requests must be made at least one week in advance of the expo.
