CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS
Candidates must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements to enter:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Only one submission per entrant will be accepted.
- All submissions must be the original work of the entrant.
- Submissions may be in the form of a name, rough logo idea, marketing concept, etc.
- Should more than one individual be involved in the production of the submission, only the individual who submits the entry will be considered a candidate.
- Entrants must be a student at the University of Lethbridge, or a resident of Alberta.
SUBMISSIONS:
- All entries will be submitted through the web submission form at https://form.jotform.com/uoflconf/logocontest
- Submissions are due on Monday, February 29th 2016 at noon.
NOTIFICATION:
- A winner will be notified via e-mail on Tuesday, March 4th 2016.
- Winner’s name will be posted on our website, as well as on social media platforms.
- While all entrants are thanked for their participation, only the contest winner will be contacted.
DISCLAIMER:
- Upon receipt, all submissions become property of Conference & Event Services at the University of Lethbridge.
- Conference & Event Services reserves the right to choose no submission, and extend the contest deadline should no submission be chosen.
- If a concept is chosen, it will be forwarded to the Advancement and Communications departments and tailored to align with the University of Lethbridge’s strategic marketing plan.
- No purchase is necessary to enter this contest.
