If attending Divorce Care, will you need the updated workbook (4.0 version)? Cost for workbook is $20, payable during group. If you have a book already, no need to purchase another.
Are you ok if a Group Leader calls or text you?
If attending a WEDNESDAY PM group, will you need childcare information?
Special Needs Childcare must be approved before attending a group. The Together at Warren office will contact you with details. Please list your child's or children's name below.
