You can use this form to arrange a confidential online coaching conversation about School Wellness. The coaching is funded by EHCAP Ltd. EHCAP is a social enterprise founded and led by Dr Sarah Temple.

This coaching offer is for parents and caregivers living in Somerset who have children who are at risk of exclusion from their school setting. We recognise that the coronavirus pandemic has brought new stresses into family life and we will talk about this too.

The two tiers of support:

access to online or telephone coaching and support in managing at this difficult time. This is very much about having a conversation about practicalities as well as feelings and emotions. It is not meant in any way to replace accessing clinical support through NHS health care professionals or family support through Get Set.

access to 'all emotions are ok' which is an e-book written by Sarah while working with parents and carers in Yeovil

online resources exploring the science of stress using the concept of positive, tolerable and toxic stress. These resources are intended for use by extended families and networks of friends so please share!

Sarah will offer you one free coaching session initially. You will then have the option either to join a group or access free coaching through a coach in his or her final year of training. Private coaching is also available.
