We are grateful for your interest in Pulpit Supply Ministry with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Mid-America (commonly referred to as CCMA). Please review the CCMA Pulpit Supply Policy & Pulpit Supply Process prior to completing this Application. Please ensure to complete all fields below.

The CCMA Regional Pulpit Supply Ministers List is distributed to individuals and their Congregations upon request. Congregations typically request a copy of the Pulpit Supply List in the event that: (1) the settled Minister is ill, on vacation, or on sabbatical; or (2) they are in the Search & Call process. This List changes frequently, so an updated copy can be requested at anytime by contacting your Ministry Associate in the Springfield Reigonal Office at sgf@ccmadisciples.org.

Please note that should any of your information need to be changed on the Pulpit Supply List, you can either complete and submit a new Application or email your Ministry Associate directly.
