    To stay in compliance with the IRS Rules & Regulations and to properly be able to assist all clients with the best customer service, we have updated how we handle all client inquiries EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

    All TAX RELATED inquiries must be submitted HERE.  

    For identity verification purposes, you must upload a clear picture of your ID.

    You must provide DETAILS of what you need assistance with including clear copies of any DOCUMENTS in ADVANCE. This will allow Customer Support Services to research your file to provide you with an accurate response.

    Inquiries recieved without and ID and a detailed explanation (including uploaded copies of any documents) of what you need assistance with WILL NOT RECIEVE A REPLY. NO EXCEPTIONS
