    (8 - 20)
  • Please see all the prerequisites for joining this club. This includes both the Basic Archery Association Membership Requirements For ALL Members as well as the prerequisities for specifically either the Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) division and/or the Adult Archery Program (AAP) division.

Please note: Charter School Credits are NOT acceptable for use to join or actively participate in this club as a regular participating member, due to Charter School Requirements

  • Please note: To earn the ability to acquire the highly coveted "White High Performance Elite Level Polo Shirt", you must do at least one of the following

    • Be in the JOAD Elite Group starting at the beginning of a calendar year because you met all the minimun tournament and group advancement requirements to advance to that group by the end of December the prior calendar year and are starting by no later than January 1st of the current calendar year. This allows the Elite member to choose the white polo (non-collar shirt is not an option for annuals) shirt in lieu of the black polo shirt when paying their annual renewal in January, professionally printed by our shirt printing company. Students moved up halfway in the year must wait to receive this shirt until the following annual, no exceptions.
    • Attend a minimum of 3 state or higher level tournaments + 3 local or higher tournaments in the current calendar year, and submit proof of all registrations / scorecards completed for those events to receive a free white collarless high performance water-wicking shirt personally (non-professionally) created by Coach Lani as a "gift" for exceeding expectations and going "the distance". This can be earned by any JOAD member in any group one time per member.
    • Monthly / Annual Commitments & Advancement Through The Ranks
    • Disclaimer
    • While we would love to be able to invite anyone to join our club, unfortunately we are unable to do so due to our group size limitations of no more than 11 active members per any group or group ranking level at any given time for best training capability. Therefore, we have to adhere to our tryout / invite only layout for the foreseeable future.  We apologize for this inconvenience in advance.

Those who placed a little lower on the final tryouts scoring system than others who were invited to official join, will be placed on a waitlist until the next tournament season tryout (scoring results do not carry over to different seasons due to different distance/scoring requirements).

Should any invited students decline the invite or decide to resign their spot at any time during the originally tried for season, then those on the active season's waitlist will be invited to join based on their original scoring placement.

Those members who fail to fulfill the basic annual competition and/or monthly group participation requirements after they have been joined may choose to resign or be asked to consider resigning / temporarily resigning their spot in order to give opportunities to other interested students due to the limited space available in each group.
