Are you looking to deepen your connections with other women in the church? The women’s ministry deacons want to bring together women of varying walks of life. Together we will connect, build authentic relationships based on the gospel of Jesus Christ, and show love to one another.

We will provide dates and times for you to choose from. You can attend as many as your schedule allows! The location may be determined closer to the date as women sign up.

When you attend, depending on the size of the group, the women’s deacon present will split you up into smaller groups. In those groups, you will go through the questions that are provided. There will be a mix of light-hearted and deep questions to connect and build relationships with one another.

Qualifications of Overseers (Elders) 1 Timothy 3: 1-7

The saying is trustworthy: If anyone aspires to the office of overseer, he desires a noble task. Therefore an overseer must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, sober-minded, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, not a drunkard, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. He must manage his own household well, with all dignity keeping his children submissive, for if someone does not know how to manage his own household, how will he care for God's church? He must not be a recent convert, or he may become puffed up with conceit and fall into the condemnation of the devil. Moreover, he must be well thought of by outsiders, so that he may not fall into disgrace, into a snare of the devil.

    Role of Elders 1 Peter 5: 1-2

Elders shall oversee, lead, and shepherd.
