            • Tuition:

              The non-refundable $50 deposit (per child/per session) is due at the time of registration.
              Full tuition is due one week before the start of the first session – July 1, 2025


              Discounts:
                   1. The sibling discount is 10% (Full price for first child, 10% off each additional child, taken from equal or lesser value)**
                   2. Full summer (4 weeks) discount is 10% off 
              **Sibling discount cannot be applied in addition to the mulit-week discount. Only one discount per application.

              Cancellations, Withdrawals and Refunds:

              All cancellations and withdrawals must be made in writing.
              Cancellation for any reason prior to the Monday before the first day of your child’s first session will result in a full refund less the nonrefundable deposit of $50 per child per session.


              Withdrawal after the Monday before the first day of your child’s first session will result in forfeit of the entire tuition amount. (Staff is hired in advance based on enrollment.) Requests for withdrawal for serious medical reasons once a session has started must be submitted in writing with a note from the child’s physician. Refunds are made on a pro-rated basis.

              Other Policies:

              I understand that Woodside Montessori Academy reserves the right to cancel any program that does not have a minimum enrollment of 8 students.


              I hereby release Woodside Montessori Academy, its employees, and representatives from all liability for injury during the program activities. I understand that Woodside Montessori Academy is not responsible for loss of personal property.
