A BRC Code (Broker Referral Code) is a unique, 5-digit identifier that tells us where the referral is from and to whom it is paid. No referral agreement is needed. You will receive an email every time a BRC code is submitted. The payment is automatic.

It is a great way for a broker partner to add dollars to their bottom line by referring our services to their agents. That's all there is to it.

Your agents should be told that we only get paid when their deals close. Contract-to-close transactions are paid at closing. No close, no pay.
