DCMGA Meeting Room Request

DCMGA will help you reserve a meeting space at Global Spheres Center. The meeting spaces that may be available include:

Global Spheres Center 7801 S I35, Corinth

Texas Boardroom / Resource Room (AV) – 20 people
Solomon’s Porch (AV) – 150 people theater style, with classroom-style tables 45 people
Beulah Acres Classroom – 50 theater style, with tables 25 people
Noah Community Room – 10-15 people
Orchard Room (AV) – 200 people

* (AV) The meeting room has audio-visual equipment. You can reserve audio-visual equipment through the Technology Reservation form if AV equipment is not available in the meeting room.

If you need to change the meeting room request, please submit a new form explaining the change needed.

After receiving the confirmation that your room reservation has been made, you are responsible for:

Notifying the meeting participants of the location.
Submitting a Calendar Update Request adding the meeting location to the website calendar
Submitting a Request for CE or Materials approval, if your meeting will contain an Educational Activity component.

If possible, please avoid scheduling activities during the monthly general meeting time. If you want intern participation, avoid scheduling activities on Tuesdays in spring when Intern Training is held.

Please understand that meetings in the evening and on weekends are not normal working hours and may require additional time for approval. Building access to the Texas Boardroom is not available on weekends.
