This form is used to request a new or to update an existing event on the DCMGA Event Calendar.
Please fill out the following form with as much detail as you want included in your event description, and click “Submit Calendar Request”. You will receive an email confirmation of your request, and the calendar will be updated as soon as possible.
Important: Calendar events are posted every Tuesday and Saturday currently. And, if you would like your event to be published in the calendar section of this week's Plan Your Week email, you must submit this calendar request by Tuesday, 5 P.M. Please plan appropriately to get your information included.
Instructions:
- Please proofread your entry; the information will be transferred as-is to the Event Calendar.
- Please complete these tasks, as applicable, before submitting the calendar update request:

- To Secure meeting spaces at Global Spheres use the Meeting Room Request Form. Provide either Meeting space adress in this Jotform.
- Submit a SignUpGenius Request so members can sign up to volunteer. Provide the SignUpGenius link in the request.
- Submit a Zoom Meeting Request for virtual or hybrid meetings. Provide the Zoom link in the calendar update request.
- Submit a Request for CE Approval if cE will be recorded for your Event.
- If possible, please avoid scheduling activities during the monthly general meeting time. This meeting takes place the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
- If you want intern participation, avoid scheduling activities on Tuesdays in spring when Intern Training is held.
- Photos:
- You may submit a photo for your Public calendar event. If you do not submit an image, an appropriate image will be chosen for you from our image reporsitory.
- Your photo must be sized 1920x1080 pix, which is equal to 16:9 ratio - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you need help resizing a photo contact the Communications Director (dcmga.communications@gmail.com). If your photo isn't sized properly it may delay your event getting posted to the Event calendar.
- For legal purposes, all photos must include photographer attribution. You will be asked for the following information: Title, Author, Source, License (for all Creative Commons images).
- If you'd like to use an existing calendar event photo, in the EventDescription of this form type in "Use the same photo of" followed by the existing event date, and the time of the event for the photo you want to use.
