    Businesses that sell products for human consumption must have a Food Business Registration Certificate, Health Inspection Report, Public Liability Insurance to attend.  For the events located in City of Joondalup we have one overall food permit for everyone, however we need these 3 documents below to have you added to our permit.  If you do not upload the documents required your application will not be processed.

    Food vendors / gift stalls with food products must obtain a food permit from the Shire of Northhampton or the City of Greater Geraldton. We have one overall food permit for Jurien Bay.   We do not provide accommodation.

    Do not apply unless you are definitely planning to attend as spaces are limited.

     

    Local stallholders occasionally raise concerns about stall fee pricing. Please note that our fees reflect the significant costs involved in delivering a night market, including extensive advertising, venue hire, equipment hire, lighting, bin services, and other operational expenses.

    Community markets run by local charity groups often charge lower fees because they do not incur the same overheads and typically undertake less paid advertising. This difference in operating costs is why their stall fees may appear lower.

    This is a farmers market event that has been operating weekly since 2019.
    Fruit & Veg, Meat, Bakery, Breakfast options, gourmet food products, market stalls, live music and more.

    This event is owned by Olympic Kingsway Sports Club as a fundraiser for their community sports club and is managed by Market Sisters.

  • PALMYRA FARMERS' MARKET

  • Located at Palmyra Primary School - 60 McKimmie Rd, Palmyra

    Every Sunday morning 7.30am - 11.30am all year round


    We’re pleased to announce that Market Sisters will be taking over the management of the Palmyra Farmers Market from January 2026.

    Established in 2010, this much-loved community market is ready for a fresh chapter, and we’re excited to revitalise the space and welcome new stallholders. We invite you to join us as we rebuild and grow the market together.

    We are looking for the following stalls to join:

    • Food Vendors with breakfast menu  (Must obtain City of Melville Food Permit)
    • Handmade / Designed market stalls
    • Gourmet food products - Preserves, Honey, Jerky, Sweets

    Please note, Palmyra Primary is a dog-free zone and therefore the event is not pet-friendly.  Pet stalls are still welcome to attend, however we cannot encourage locals to bring their pets to the event. 

     We are looking for stalls to attend weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

  • EVENT RULES

    Do not pack up early  unless the manager approves of it on the night, otherwise your future dates will be cancelled.  We have a contract where we have agreed no cars will move in the event area until 8.30pm. We also have advertised event timings and they must be followed. Packing up early encourages customers to start leaving and is unfair on the other vendors attending.  


    Arrive on time, cars are not allowed to move in the event area once it has started for safety reasons.

    DO NOT PUT FOOD TRUCK RUBBISH IN EVENT BINS. Take your rubbish home with you, they are very expensive to hire and are for customer use only!

    SOCIAL MEDIA - If you are not advertising on social media, you are not helping to bring more customers to the events and increase your sales. We expect all stallholders and food vendors to help advertise the event on your social media pages & share out Facebook event links if you are attending. If we all make an effort collectively, we will reach a larger audience and have a busier market every time!

    Be kind & support each other  Bullying & aggression will not be tolerated, we encourage everyone to help, support and make friends at our events. It will create a better atmosphere for the customers and you will have more fun!

    STALL FEES
    Stall fees are invoiced from our square system on a monthly basis. 
    All stallholders must pay their invoice PRIOR to the event, otherwise your booking will be cancelled.

    Stall fees differ for each event due to the costs involved in operating at each location, all stall fees are listed on the application under the name of the event.

    STALL REQUIREMENTS
    Gift stalls must have their own marquee, marquee weights, full length table cloths & adequate battery operated lighting, public liability insurance. 

    Food Trucks must bring 1 table & chairs to contribute to event seating. All trucks must have adequate lighting and own generator if required. Power is not provided.


    FOOD PERMITS

    Anyone selling food or beverage products for human consumption must have a food business registration certificate. (Please attach your documents to this application)

    Events in City of Joondalup - Once your dates have been confirmed, you need to send me your food business registration, public liability insurance & latest health officer inspection report or attach to this application form. I will have them approved by the council and have you added to our permit, there is no permit fee.

    Kingsway Community Markets, Eglinton + Alkimos Night Markets - food vendors must obtain their own food permit from the City of Wanneroo before attending and email me a copy of the permit once you have it. There is a permit fee payable to the council of $30

    Palmyra Farmers Market - Food vendors must obtain a food permit from City of Melville before attending.


    Regional Events - you will be contacted with instructions on how to submit your food permit application.  

     

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    EMAIL your cancellation in writing as soon as possible. Please let us know if you are not coming so we can adjust the layout.

    Cancellations at least 2 weeks prior to the booking date will be credited to next trading date. 
    There is a $25 administration fee to cancel once your dates are confirmed.
    Cancellations received within 1 week of the event will not be refunded/credited and you will still be required to pay the stall fee amount in full. 

    If we cancel due to weather conditions, we will credit your stall fees to the next trading date. All cancellations will be sent by email & advertised on our Market Sisters Vendors Facebook group

    Repeat cancellations by vendors or repeat overdue invoices create a lot of extra work for us. Those who cancel more than 3 times will not be allowed to return as it is a waste of our time.

     Join our Facebook Group Market Sisters Vendors to keep up to date on new and upcoming events and general information updates.

    If your application is successful, we will email you with your booked dates. Please reply to confirm you have added these to your schedule.

    Applications take 3–4 weeks to process, so please only follow up after this period.
