AIT - Affiliate Account Request/Renewal Form

Please complete this form to request a new account or to renew an existing account for a non-employee affiliate of the college (e.g. volunteers, contractors, etc.).

If you need to request a Student Worker Account, please use the Student Worker Account Request Form.

After an affiliate account has been created, additional permissions can be requested by filling out the Permissions Request Form.
