AIT - Student Worker Account Request Form

Please complete this form is to request a Student Worker Account.

If you need to request an Affiliate Account, please use the Affiliate Account Request/Renewal Form.

After the student worker account has been created, additional permissions can be requested by filling out the Permissions Request Form.

NOTE: The student needs to be set up in Oracle with a student worker assignment before a student worker account can be created. Please contact Human Resources if you have questions about the Oracle process.
