  • Terms and Conditions of Service In this Agreement, "We","Ours", or "Us" means Prismatique Maven, and their affiliates. "You" or "Yours" refers to the applicant(s) who sign this Agreement and requests to receive Nail Treatment, Lash Extension, Facial , Skin Treatments & Waxing services ("Services") from Prismatique Maven

  • PRISMATIQUE MAVEN SCOPE OF AGREEMENT

  • We agree to provide, and You agree to acquire, Nail Treatment, Lash Extension, Facial , Skin Treatments & Waxing services ("Services") under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By booking an Appointment for Nail Treatment, Lash Extension, Facial, Skin Treatments & Waxing services ("Services"), you will be able to select the service you like from our numerous booking landing pages " In Salon, Mobile / Home Visit / Skin Treatment/ Be a Model ".

    Provision of Nail Treatment, Lash Extension, Facial, Skin Treatments & Waxing services ("Services") are totally dependent on Us, Nail Enhancement & Skin Treatment product.

  • PRISMATIQUE MAVEN SERVICES USE AGREEMENT

  • You may use Our Services for cosmetic reasons, but any medical procedure affecting nails or skin will be directed to a physician who specializes in hands, foot, skin, or skin care.

  • PRISMATIQUE MAVEN SERVICE WORK TERMS

  • This Agreement is effective as soon as it is signed and will remain in effect for as long as You use Our Nail Treatment, Lash Extension, Facial, Skin Treatments, and Waxing services.

    If We agree to provide "In Salon Services " you must pay a deposit fee of $35 OR "Mobile/Homevisit Services" to you, you must pay a deposit fee of $80  for those services.

    For " Skin Treatment services" you must pay a deposit fee of $75 (Consultation &  Some Resurfacing & Toning Treatments ) or $200 (Collagen Induction Therapy Resurfacing & Toning Treatments  & Permanent Makeup) for those services.

  • PRISMATIQUE MAVEN DEMARCATION POINT

  • The Demarcation point ("Demarc") where You will get the Services will be designated by You. For Your usage of Nail Treatment, Lash Extension, Facial, Skin Treatments, and Waxing services ("Services") on Your side of the Demarc, you are responsible for all necessary preparation, aftercare, and medical advice.

    We are not required to retail or advise Your Nail Treatment, Lash Extension, Facial, Skin Treatments & Waxing services ("Services") prep-care, aftercare, or medical advice, and We are not required to pay for any after on Your side of the Demarc.

  • PRISMATIQUE MAVEN CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Prismatique Maven acknowledges that in order to operate your service securely, they may obtain or have access to information relating to the Your (Customer's) medical information, past or current.

    Prismatique Maven commits to keeping the Client's privileged data and all forms of it confidential.

    The privacy of the location and environment will be protected when it comes to mobile / home visit services.

  • We prefer to allow our customers to book online so that they can complete all of the steps in the service selection process themselves.

    This also allows customers to book at any time during the day , to read and select the service  descriptions and prices . 

    This reduces the risk of losing out on service information and deposit payment .

    You can call or email or Text (SMS) or whats' app  during business hours, but you may not get an answer or a respond immediately, especially with a phone call.

    We will ensure that we are not missed in communication when using the mediums of email, Text (SMS), or Whatsapp.

    On confirmation of services, we will phone or text or whats app  you.

    • SURFACES:-  Desk, Surface ( footrest, hand rest, and desktop ), nail Lamps are clean between clients, with disinfectant and necessary cleaning agents.

     

    • ENVIRONMENT UPKEEP:-

    Sweeping and dust are done in between clients. 
    Mopping is done daily. 

    • LAUNDRY:-

    All towels are washed with Amway laundry products and/or hypoallergenic laundry products for people who are allergic to bleach or sensitive to harsh detergents. To avoid allergic reactions. All laundry is done using a chlorine-free  product.

    • IMPLEMENTS: -


    All Implements are scrub with anti-bacterial soap and sanitizing in a sonic disinfectant.

    They are then placed into their plastic containers.  

    • DISPOSABLES:-


    Pedicure files and buffers are only used once.

    New Gloves are used for each client.

    • NAILS BRUSHES:-


    All Nail brushes are soaked in hydrogen peroxide after each client, dried then placed in a clean storage container.

    We take pride in our abilities to keep you looking your best at all times. Our customer services retention, when combined with our after-care support, lasts much longer than our recommended refill or rebooking time lines. 

    Nail Enhancements 

    This is why we offer a 3-day guarantee for all nail services. Breaking, chipping, lifting, & peeling is rare but may occur in unique circumstances.

    If this is the case, please make an appointment to return to our salon & allow us to make it right, without any additional charge.

    Lash Extension 

    This is why we offer a 3-day guarantee for all Lash extension services. Any Major Fall or removal request . 

    If this is the case, please make an appointment to return to our salon & allow us to make it right, without any additional charge.

    Alloy charms, crystals, resin charms, and rhinestones nail art designs are known to be delicate and should be handled with care to avoid falling. We are confident that our application technique will last till your next appointment.

    We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

    For  Nail Care  treatments we have a Kids Menu ,7 - 17 years old listed on our booking pages.


    Nail Enhancement:


     For Nail Enhancement services we start at 18 years - Older. 

    We apply an Exemption for Nail Enhancements for  7-17 years of age:

    For Minors , aged 7 - 17 years old , you must have prepared a signed note or email giving approval for services. 

    For  the initial service consultations  , minors under the age of 18 years old  MUST be accompanied by an adult.

     Our technician will contact you to talk about your guidelines and preferences. Any cutdown or removal is an additional expense. 

    The style, length, and nail art are final at the end of service .

     Please note  time for services in terms of style choosing and nail art. 

    The Nail enhancement is at your own risk  for your minor, child or ward .


    Eyebrows, Lashes  & Facial Services : 

    Clients must be at least 16 years or older to receive Eyebrows, Lashes & Facial services .

  • Dressing for Services  Guidelines & Recommendations 

    Lash & Facial Services 

    Wear loose, comfortable clothing because you will be laying for 1 to 6 hours depending on your service selection.

    Lacquer Toe Services 

    To maintain your service, please walk in flip flops or open-toed shoes.

    Pedicure 

    Please wear a short pant or a loose jean that can roll for a full Spa pedicure.

    Please do not wear short shirts; if you must, use tights underneath; your legs must be raised in front of your technician.

  • PRISMATIQUE MAVEN CUSTOMER RESPONSIBLITY POLICY

  • In Salon OR Mobile/ Home Visit

    All service costs will be paid when they appear on your invoice.

    Mobile/ Home Visit

    You shall provide access to Your premises as needed for Our personnel to perform Nail Treatment, Lash Extension, Facial, Skin Treatments, and Waxing services during a mobile/home visit.

    Clean-up and setup We remove the equipment and the materials.

    Please DO NOT  assist with the removal of Equipment and Materials, as we have a checklist and a dedicated spot for these items.

    You are responsible for replacing any lost or stolen equipment and materials. If there is an issue with your service, you are entitled to a complimentary touch-up or repair; no refunds are granted.

  • SALON POLICIES

    • WALK-IN:- 

      We do not allow walk-in because only one individual is performing service. Also allows your service to be set-up, conducted on time and in a timely manner.

      Exemption: If we are available, walk-in customers who want to replace one nail in acrylic/hard gel or poly gel nails can do so during business hours

      On our booking page, under "Nail Enhancements Repairs & Removal," you can book a single nail service if a time slot is available, or you can call, text, or whatsapp us.

    • CHILDREN & GROUPS:-

      Due to chemicals, products and implements within the salon environment and separated service and lounge area.

      Prismatique Maven asks that you please refrain from bringing additional persons & pets to the studio during your appointment!

      If your child/ward is under 7 years old is NOT allowed.

      If you need to bring an additional person, please be aware that you will be separated; please let us know if this is the case. You must get permission and provide a reasonable justification.

    • EATING:-


      When Getting Hand Services No Eating is Allowed. If you must have a meal please walk with a liquid meal replacement beverage to drink or any other beverage. 

      You can Eat during pedicure services but must have a lid facing the pedicurist. The reason, when dead skin or callus may fly when being sloughed off. 

  • HEALTH & SAFETY POLICIES

    • BODY PROTECTION:-

      The wearing of a Mask is a MUST. In order to be serviced.  

       If the client does not have a mask one will be provided at an additional cost of $5.

       Failure to wear a mask or purchase a provided one appointment will be cancelled.

      Please remove all Hand Jewellery such as bracelets or watches prior to Hand Service Appointments.

    • EYE PROTECTION :-

    When it comes to nail enhancements and nail art, Swarovski and Rhinestone Crystals, Large Icon Alloy Charms, and resin charms come to mind. Eye protection will be provided.

    • SANITATION & DISINFECTION:-

      All customers must wash their hands with antibacterial soap and nail brush before sitting for service.

      Customers will get their hands &/ feet sprayed with disinfectant spray also before services.

    • CONCERNS:-

      Prismatique Maven asks if you are unwell please cancel your appointment 

      6-24 hrs in advance BEFORE APPOINTMENT.

      If you turn up for an appointment showing signs of the flu, cold, or any contagious sickness a fee of $35 ( inattentive fee )  will be taken from your deposit

      . You will be not proceeding in service. 

      Only if an accident or health issue occurred that causes you to miss the appointment this will be waived for resceduling or refunded. 
  • MODEL POLICIES

  • Although you have NO influence in the design, style, nail art, or lash look, there will be a cost for the materials and time required for the service.

    This is a factor to consider because it accounts for 30% of Lashes & 50 % of Nails total service cost.


    Simply requesting this service does not guarantee that you will be approved.


    Model Services are only offered from April to September, for a total of eight months.

    This service option will not be accessible from October to February. This service will only be available on Saturdays and Sundays.

    Please note that this service may take anywhere from 3 to 6 hours to complete. A $35 deposit is required 5 days prior to the start of all services.


    The guild lines and terms of a model must be understood, since you will be asked to provide photos and your time in order to obtain the necessary material for social media of Prismatique Maven .

    You agree to pay Prismatique Maven  Price as agreed upon stated on the booking pages. 

    All prices reasonably price with the breakdown service price: 

    Product +Labour /Service + Cleaning +Laundry + Business Profits

    An itemized invoice will be sent via your customer profile email after each service.

    All services require a deposit via Bank Transfer, Cash OR Pay Pal.

    What's apps for Bank Transfer details must be paid 3-5 days before the appointment.

    Cash must be paid 3-5 days before the appointment

    All payments are due upon the end of service for In-salon service.

    Prismatique Maven is responsible for the payment of all materials used in the performance of services to the customer. You are welcome to bring your own nail art, but you will be charged for the application and time spent applying it.

     

    NB:-

    All prices and fees are final, with no bargaining/haggling or discounts if not available.

    Due to the high end and standards in sanitation, environment, products and advanced skilled business, customer service, Nail Technician, Cosmetology, continuing education and technology to make the customer experience up to par/ is second to none.

    This takes thousands of dollars and continuous education to reach these points in providing the services. Please respect and considerate the business being transacted.

    We are a CASH  &  Money transfer via Paypal / bank transfer business, currently. 

     NO CHEQUES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED  AT ANY MOMENT .

    For ALL SERVICES, Salon & Home/ Mobile Visit, I require a DEPOSIT OF 50% which is collected online bookings via Paypal OR  Face to Face [Whatsapp/Call Bookings]. Payment Can be made 1-5 days before  appointments in person. 

    • A NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT OF $35  for all salon services . This will apply to will be used for services or penalties if the client breaches the policies .

    • A NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT OF $60 / $70  for all home / Mobile visit services . This will apply to will be used for services and security deposit for service .
    • A NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT OF $75 / $200 for all Skin Treatment services .

      This will apply to will be used for services and security deposit for service.

    •  A NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT OF $150 for all Special Out of Hours services .

     

  • PAYMENT POLICIES

  • REFUNDS: -

    Deposit Refunds 

    Deposits are refunded if the customer can produce documentation of medical illness, emergency, or procedure within the scheduled appointment time.


    Deposits are also returned if Prismatique Maven decides not to do business with you in the future.

    Service Refunds

    All payments to Primatique Maven are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

    We repair services according to the guarantee policy of each service stated in our guarantee list. 

     

     

  • DEPOSIT POLICIES

  • HOME/ MOBILE SERVICES & ESTIMATES: -

     All Special Service ,home/mobile services prices are higher than salon prices, of $60 / $70 markup.

    [$15 for setup, $15 for a takedown, $10/$20 Equipments  Movement and $20 transportation ] 

    Only Nail Services & Facial Services are available for this type of service.

    Home Services Estimates are sent via email before every service. 

    New Home Service Customers MUST make a $35 deposit, 7 to 3 days before the appointment.

    Presentation of funds must be paid upfront on arriving at discussed location. 

  • DEPOSIT POLICIES

  •          SPECIAL SERVICES : OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS REQUEST:-

     


    There will be a $150 convenience fee for our in-salon or mobile/home visits; however, the security deposit for Salon ($35), Mobile/Home Visit ($60/$70), and Skin Treatment ($75) services /treatments will still need to be paid separately.


    The $150 convenience fee will be waived for Removals ONLY, and the convenience fee will be $35 instead ; however, the security deposit for Salon ($35) and Mobile/Home Visit ($60/$70)  will still need to be paid separately.

     An estimate will be emailed to you prior to our final invoice so that you are aware of the financial breakdown.

  • ESTIMATE , RECEIPTS, & REFUND POLICIES

  •  RECEIPTS:- 

    All Receipts are sent via email.

    ESTIMATES :- 

    Mobile /Home visit  Services / Special Service hours .

    Estimates are sent via email before every service.

    For Mobile/Home Visit Services, all add-ons must be indicated prior to the service.

    If there are more than one individual at the location receiving Mobile/Home Visit Services, only one service will include the Mobile/Home Visit Services fee; the other(s) would be the salon fee with additional clean up for the total, not on each service.

  • TIME POLICIES

    • SERVICE TIMES:-

    All Services are allocated to accommodate clients' procedures ranging from arduous to simple. As a result, the process is distinct for each client accordingly for complete quality results.

    • CONFIRMATIONS:-

    When booking an appointment via the Booking Website, an email will be sent to you ensuring your appointment is made. You can change the time or date / cancel via that same email. 

    NB: What relates to Rescheduling and Cancellations below MUST Be taken into consideration.

    When contacting Prismatique Maven, via phone call, WhatsApp immediately in working hours they will book the appointment and an email will be sent. 

    24/48 hrs a courtesy call to remind you of your appointment, along with a Whatsapp Message.

    Reminder Emails will be sent according to our email service automation.

    Also, a remind Text will be sent to you 30 minutes before your appointment.

    If we do not receive a confirmation for your appointment either via Whatsapps, phone or email 48/24 Hours before, your appointment is considered cancelled.

    • LATES-

      We ask that if you believe you are going to be arriving at your appointment late that you notify Prismatique Maven, via phone call, WhatsApp immediately with your estimated time of arrival.

       

      Nail Services ( Enhancements ):-Please keep in mind, if you are 30-minutes late arriving at your appointment, your appointment will be automatically cancelled / no-show as we will no longer have time to sufficiently complete your service.

      (Manicures, Pedicures, Lashes Facials   & Massage ):- If you are more than 15-30 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.

      However, if arriving 15 -minutes late you will be charged a $35 Late Fee if Prismatique Maven decides to proceed with your service.

      Unforeseen circumstances may be exceptions to this policy! Please speak with Xiomara to discuss.

    • CANCELLATIONS:-

      If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment at Prismatique Maven .

      This can be done through the booking system's scheduled emails/customer profile.

      Reschedules are 48 to 24 hours notice is REQUIRED.

      Cancels  48 to 24 hours notice is REQUIRED if your appointment is in the afternoon.  cancels can be made via Booking App Email, Booking App Website Login, Message via What's app, and Call during business hours 9 AM - 8 PM.

    • Your deposit will be valid for up to three rescheduling. 

      Any cancellation after the grace period for reasonable cancellation has passed will result in a $35.00 / $60.00 / $70.00/ $ 75.00 / $150.00 / $200.00 cancellation fee, which was your deposit fee.

    • NO SHOWS:-

      We ask that if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, that you please notify Prismatique Maven  immediately!


      If NO COMMUNICATION and exceed the Late 30 - 60 minutes, according to the services  automatically CANCELLATIONS. 

      It will be considered in our system as a NO - SHOW. 

      SHOW - NO Fees will be deducted from your service deposit and recorded in your customer file. 

      If you repeat this process two or three times, Prismatique Maven will refuse to accept your next appointment. 

      When you fail to show up for an appointment, we lose the opportunity to fill that time slot, and clients on our waiting list miss out on services.

    • RESCHEDULE:-

      We ask that if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, that you please notify Prismatique immediately!

       We ask when you reschedule be aware ONE appointment max reschedule is THREE  times.  You will be charged $50 to return to our customer booking after.
    • OUTSIDE BUSINESS HOURS:-

      Any time you request service outside of business hours and the availability is there a Fee of $150, will be added to your bill of service. Except for November to December 29th for the holidays but appointments end at 10 PM.

    •  HOME/MOBILE SERVICES  HOURS:-

      Home services are preferred done on:-

      Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday.

      Except for Fridays & Saturdays can be in for consideration if available at an extra fee of $150.  

    • A $150 fee was also charged for appointments requesting before 10 A.M. and after 5 P.M. 
    • 3-5 days Notice is Required for Home / Mobile Service.

    • When getting nail services, manicures, or pedicures, using your phone is fine, but please pay attention to your manicurist!

    Lashes  

    • We ask that all cell phones are turned off or set to silent in the treatment rooms. If you are receiving a lash session we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete being that our lash specialists are using tweezers, adhesive, and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.

    Facial/Skin Treatment Facial Services

    • In the treatment rooms, we also ask that all cell phones be turned off or set to silent. Because our products and equipment are going near the delicate eye area, we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your facial/Skin Treatment Facial Services session is completed. This takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.

    Waxes

    • In the treatment rooms, we ask that all cell phones be turned off or set to silent. Although not all of our services are performed near the eyes, the majority of our waxing services are performed on the face. For Safety reasons, we ask you to comply.

  • Why isn't paraffin treatment for feet available for Mobile / Home visits?

     

    Feet Paraffin Services :


    Since paraffin takes three hours to melt and 30 minutes to adapt to the proper service temperature, ALL Paraffin Feet services are unavailable for mobile/home services. 

    The time allotted for your pedicure is less than the three hours. 

    It's also bad for your Prismatique Maven Technician to tote hot melting wax. 

    Since the hand paraffin wax machine is smaller than the foot paraffin wax machine, paraffin can be used on the hands for mobile/home services. The hand paraffin wax machine  has a shortens the time it takes for wax to melt and adapt to the proper service temperature.

     

  • MOBILE / HOME VISIT SERVICE POLICIES

    Guidelines For Home/ Mobile Services 

    • If there are more than one individual at the location receiving Mobile/Home Visit Services, only one service will include the Mobile/Home Visit Services fee; the other(s) would be the salon fee with additional clean up for the total, not on each service.
       

      Services for mobile/home visits Payments will be taken before the process, and you, the customer, will be required to sign and go over the checklist documents with the Aesthetician or technician throughout the service(s) procedure (s).
       

      Must have access to water. 
    • Must have access to electricity for  Services, in case power supplier goes out before end of service . 
    • Before and throughout the appointment, any youngsters [Children]and extra adults who could be a distraction must be kept out of the restricted area during your appointment. 

    • You, your youngsters [Children], and extra people in the home/mobile site should NOT handle any of Prismatique Maven products or equipment, unless told to so.  You will be charged for anything that is broken or goes missing.

     

    • All Pets Dog/ Cats or any pets that can be a distraction MUST be PUT AWAY before and during the appointment. 
    • Application of Gel Polish/Hard Gel should be done away from direct sunlight. Examples "Gallery/ Patio"  during service, reason application brushes cure or gum up.

     

    • Acrylics must be done in a ventilated area.

    We understand that external factors may cause you to experience issues with your nail care services including broken nails, chipped nails, etc and that these issues may not be covered within our Quality Guarantee Policies.

    For fixes scheduled outside of a regularly scheduled maintenance appointment, Prismatique Maven reserves the right to charge $10- $30 PER nail that is to be repaired or replaced. Also for fixes inside of a regularly scheduled maintenance appointment, Prismatique Maven reserves the right to charge $10- $30 PER nail that is to be repaired or replaced, this only applies to refills.

    These costs do NOT include nail art or design that may have previously been on the nail needing repair or replacement. If you wish to have the design replaced this will be an additional charge based on the design chosen by the client

    Please keep in mind that the Nail Art is NOT available in any Lacquer Services.

    Gel Polish

    The price of Nail Art Add-ons for Gel Polish Services has already been determined per category , unless otherwise specified in the product description, extra time and cost will be charged.

    Nail Enhancements

    Each Nail Enhancement of Pivotal - French French / Ombre / Marble in Full Sets , Refills , Rebalance & Redesigns EXCEPT for Mini Refills, however, includes a complimentary nail designed accent on Four (4) fingers [two (2) finger on each hand] in a limited range of Acrylic Paint ( Simple Nail Paint Design) /Chrome/ Dry brush Glitter/ Gel Polish/ Gel Paint/ Non - Patterned Nail Foil / Stamped design/Sugaring.

    Any Embedding of Choice designs of Nail Art of Flat Alloy, Nail Arts, Glitter, Chrome is open to any Nail Enhancements of Encapsulations [Freestyle] in Full Sets.

    Swarovski & Rhinestone Crystals, Cat eyes effect, Large Icon Alloy Charms, 3D Flowers Encapsulate / Above, are called Add-ons and will be an additional price.

    Any nail art that isn't included in the complimentary package will require additional time and money.

  • CLIENTS BRINGING THEIR OWN NAIL PRODUCTS

  • We have a large variety of colours in polish color, acrylics, gels, and nail art, and the product line brands we employ are of great quality.

    Your polish, acrylics, and gel will NOT be used in your services if you bring them.

    We ONLY allow clients to bring nail art and crystals.

    A minor fee of $15 - $35 is charged for the application of this nail art; rates and descriptions may be found on our booking page.

    We will NOT work on other's work in extension, but we will remove and apply a new set !!!!

    To perform services to clients if they already have existing Acrylic/ Hard  Gel Nail Enhancements from another Nail Technician is a challenge also will have no guarantee.  If we decided to refill the nails we are not accountable for any issues. 

    We are unable to fully identify the method of preparation, method of application, and the product used in your previous service.

    Due to these varying factors, allergic reactions, adverse chemical reactions, and an increase in natural nail injury may occur. It is our #1 priority to ensure the health and safety of our clients both during and following their appointments with us.

    Education: If we do attend your service of mixing products.

    (A) Extreme burning will happen on the nail worst than glitter application or Hard Gel to thin nails.

    (B) If you do not have issues with the heat on the natural nail, product lifting will occur more than usual, water can go under the nail.

  • MAKEUP POLICY 


    Before going to your Facial & Lash appointment, please remove any makeup (Bare Face). Faces must be free of makeup when you arrive, otherwise, a $35 makeup removal fee will be charged, and the time spent fully removing your makeup will be subtracted from your session, and you will still be charged the full price.

    On the day of the appointment refrain from eyes makeup completely, although lashes will be cleansed and lash bath, follow with priming. We are unable to properly adhere to semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection.

    WEIGHT LIMIT POLICY 

    Our service chair has a 400-pound bodyweight restriction, so there's a good probability it'll collapse beneath you and you'll have to replace it.

    Every client's requirements are unique, and each service is distinct as well. As a result, each consulting service should be tailored to the exact customer's health, needs, and financial budget.

    All new customers in Nail Care and Treatments, Facial, Lashes, and Non-Invasive Skin Treatments receive a complimentary 30-minute consultation & maintenance instructions  service, which is split 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after their service.

    After completing the preconsultation and checking your hands, feet, lashes, or skin, the consultation will explain the service(s) and what you may expect. As a result, your technician or esthician will have a comprehensive grasp of the services and appearance you desire .

    • ALL Facial has an enzyme peel. Enzymes can be used for wrinkles and natural acne scars. Pregnant or breastfeeding women must not use chemical peels as the ingredients can absorb into your skin and potentially cause damage to your baby. In contrast, enzymes do not have contraindications or side effects.
    • ALL Facials have a PDT LED Photon Light Therapy at the end.

    We take pride in our work and will refund your money if you are not satisfied with our service. We'll make changes to make them seem as good as possible for your quest. If you do not like your lashes or nails polish/extensions, we will spend 45 minutes removing them if you do not want to pay for the service but your $35 deposit will be kept. 

    FACIALS, MEDICAL ESTHETIC PROCEDURES , MANICURE , PEDICURES &  WAXES 

     

    Facials, Facial Waxes, Minor Wax Area, Spa Quality Manicures & Pedicures, and various Medical Esthetic procedures are among the services available. These services are finished after they are completed. If you are not satisfied, we can arrange for a follow-up appointment for a touch-up.

  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • IN NO EVENT SHALL Prismatique Maven, OR THEIR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, RELIANCE, PUNITIVE OR ENHANCED DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR BUSINESS HARM) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR VEA'S PERFORMANCE OR NONPERFORMANCE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

  • If any claims are made against Us that were caused by Your use of the Services, You will be responsible for all costs arising from that claim, and You will reimburse Us for Our defense of the claim and any costs We pay as a result.
