mynad provides compounded, pharmacy-grade longevity formulations made to order based on your submitted intake form. We are committed to transparency and compliance with Australian pharmacy and consumer regulations.
1. Product disclaimer – acknowledgement
- I understand that these formulations are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- I acknowledge that results may vary between individuals, and the effectiveness of these products is not guaranteed.
- I am responsible for consulting a healthcare professional before using these products, particularly if I am pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
- I will stop use and seek advice from a healthcare professional if I experience any adverse effects.
- I am responsible for checking the ingredients for any known allergies or sensitivities.
- The company accepts no liability for misuse, incorrect application, or failure to follow usage instructions.
2. Ordering process
- All orders must be submitted via our secure online intake form. A new form must be completed for each order to ensure product suitability based on your current health status.
- Your responses are reviewed by licensed Australian pharmacists before compounding your formulation.
- Once compounding begins, changes cannot be made. Please review your submission carefully before confirming.
3. Payment
- Full payment is required at time of order via Stripe. No alternative payment methods are accepted.
- We do not support subscriptions, account logins, or post-payment invoicing.
4. Shipping
- Orders are compounded and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Products are delivered via Australia Post with tracking. Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch.
- Standard delivery is typically 7–10 calendar days from dispatch.
5. Refunds and returns
- Because products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if expected results are not achieved.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required to process a return or replacement.
6. Product suitability
- Products are compounded specifically based on your responses to the intake form. It is essential to provide accurate and complete information.
- We do not provide personalised medical advice. Please consult your healthcare provider before ordering if unsure about product suitability.
7. Privacy and security
- All data submitted through the intake form is encrypted and stored securely in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
- Access is restricted to authorised pharmacists involved in fulfilling your order.
- Your personal and health data is never shared with third parties or used for marketing without your consent.
