Ordering process
All orders are placed via a secure online intake form, which must be completed accurately with each purchase. This allows our pharmacists to assess suitability based on current health status.
Once submitted, your intake form is reviewed and the product is compounded individually in Australia by licensed pharmacists. Changes cannot be made once compounding has commenced.
Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not offer alternative payment methods, account creation, invoicing, or subscription dashboards.
Shipping
Orders are compounded and dispatched within 1–2 business days via Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch. Delivery typically takes 7–10 calendar days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Refunds and returns
Due to the personalised nature of compounded formulations, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or lack of perceived benefit.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a refund or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law. Photographic evidence and proof of purchase may be required.

Our products are prepared based on the information you provide in your intake form. Please ensure all answers are accurate and complete.

Privacy and data security
