Application Submission: Submit applications early, as popular events fill up quickly. Include high-quality, well-lit product photos, and a clear description of products/services, etc.
Approval Process: Organizers review applications for completeness and, in many cases, to prevent product duplication.
Acceptance Notification: If accepted, you will recieve an email notification from the City of Newport News Parks and Recreation Department (only).

Exhibitors:
Exhibitors are asked to provide one (1) hands-on activity for children at your booth during the festival. This can be a craft, a game, an interactive reading station, a sports challenge, group art activity, etc. Participants should be prepared to serve approximately 1,000 children, ages 2 to 12 years. Please describe this activity under Booth Information within the application.
Exhibitors are NOT PERMITTED to sell merchandise, conduct fund-raising campaigns, take donations, collect fees or dues, or solicit money on behalf of their organization during the festival - booth spaces are for informational and community outreach purposes only. All articles and displays must be theme-related, family-friendly and age appropriate. No obscene items will be allowed.
