FAQs
Getting started
Who makes the formulations?
All products are compounded in Australia by licensed pharmacists operating in regulated facilities. We work only with trusted, experienced compounding pharmacists – each one carefully selected and vetted by our team. You can feel confident knowing we’ve done the hard work to ensure the highest standard of quality, safety and professionalism.
Why does the pharmacist call me after I place an order?
Under Australian pharmacy guidelines and PSA professional standards, a brief follow-up consultation is required when compounded or Pharmacist Only medicines are supplied via online intake to ensure the formulation is suitable for your needs, allows for any clarifications and enables the pharmacist to adjust the formulation if required. It’s a key part of delivering safe, appropriate care.
Am I the right age to benefit from NAD+ supplements?
Most people begin to experience natural declines in NAD+ levels from their 30s onward. Our formulations are designed to support cellular function for adults at any stage of their longevity journey.
How do I know what the active ingredients are in each formulation?
Each formulation includes a clear list of active ingredients, along with a short explanation of what they do and why they’re included.
Using the product
How long until I feel the benefits from taking mynad?
NAD+ levels typically rise within 1–2 weeks, but most people notice meaningful benefits after consistent use for 8–12 weeks. When starting a course, we recommend an initial 3-month supply to allow time for the formulation/s to take effect and deliver meaningful benefits.
What if I’m already taking something that contains one or more of the same ingredients?
This will be reviewed during your pharmacist teleconsultation. If you are already using products that contain one or more of the same active ingredients, the pharmacist will assess this and adjust your formulation if necessary to avoid ingredient duplication and ensure clinical appropriateness.
What if I have an adverse reaction?
If you experience any unusual symptoms, stop taking the product immediately. Symptoms usually resolve quickly once discontinued.
Why not powder-based products?
We use capsules instead of powders for accuracy, hygiene, portability and to avoid filler agents or flavourings common in powdered products.
Why don’t mynad formulations include more ingredients like other products on the market?
We focus on clinical relevance and therapeutic benefits, not volume. Many mass-market supplements include long ingredient lists with doses too low to be meaningful. Ours are intentionally minimal, using ingredients selected for their role in supporting NAD+ levels and cellular health.
Orders, shipping and returns
Do you offer refunds?
Because each formulation is made fresh on demand, we can’t offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a refund in line with Australian consumer law.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Orders are typically compounded within 24 hours and shipped via tracked Australia Post delivery. Most arrive within 7–10 calendar days from the time you have the teleconsultation with the pharmacist.
How is my order shipped, and can I track it?
All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number automatically once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this stage. All orders are currently shipped Australia-wide only.
Privacy and data security
Is my health information secure?
Yes. All intake form responses are securely encrypted and stored in line with Australian privacy standards. Your information is only accessed by licensed pharmacists to prepare your formulation and is never sold or shared with third parties.
