1. From the MENU select CONSUMER INFORMATION
2. Select DOCUMENT DOWNLOADS
3. Select the name of the individual from the drop-down menu.
4. Select the X next to Group Name, Section Name and Type Name
5. Use the download option on the righthand side to view the selected document.
